In my talk, I am going to speak about formation of galaxies. Looking at night sky, we see one other possible relic - the clumping of stars into the casters, galaxies, and clusters of galaxies. It is natural to interpret this clumping as the effect of gravitational attraction acting on initially uniform diffusive matter, as first suggest by Newton. Unfortunately, we still do not have even a tentative quantitative theory of the formation of the galaxies. The first serious theory of galaxy formation was proposed by Jeans (1902). Jeans supposed the universe to be filled with a non-relativistic neutral fluid. Because 99.9% of universe is in plasma states. we have investigated Jeans instability in the different plasmas, in e- +i, e- + e+ +i, e- + e+ + dusty grain.
