Mkhedruli Capitals support in GeoTeX package

TeX is the powerful typesetting system developed by Donald Knuth [at Stanford University for American Mathematical Society. Providing automatic indexing, hyphenation, automatic labeling, sectioning and other features, TeX is ideal for document typesetting and linguistic analysis.Many publishers of scientific journals and books use TeX for online or printed editions. We have developed GeoTeX package in 2008-2012 for Georgian language support in TeX/LaTeX (http://tex.tsu.ge ), which includes old Georgian and Mkhedruli scripts as well as Georgian Hyphenation patterns Georgian Mkhedruli Capital script was proposed in 2017 and accepted in UNICODE standard in 2017, what means, that we can have old Georgian, Mkhedruli and Mkhedruli Capital script in plain text file. Our goal is to add Georgian Mkhedruli support to Georgian Tex package, which let us to have full Georgian language and script support in 8bit and UNICODE TeX engines. Technical, Natural Science , Linguistic communities and publishers in Georgia and around the world will be able use to use TeX/LaTeX system for typesetting in Georgian on their computers. Since TeX distributions are available at the internet for many platforms (Windows, Unix, Apple OSX) for free, use of free high quality typesetting system will reduce cost of final product for Georgian publishers. Teachers and students in Georgia will be able to use TeX/LaTeX in their work (Lecture notes, Reports, Assignments and so on).
