The research and use of instrumentation amplifier in ultralow-noise scientific measuring instrumentation

Annotation:

The modern technology of production of electronic integrated devices has reached its limit by the production of ultralow-noise operational amplifiers. Despite this, the noise characteristics of integrated instrumentation amplifiers remain at the level of low-noise operational amplifiers and remains almost one order of magnitude worse than the reached limit. The problem of creating and investigating a low-noise instrumental amplifier and several problems of its application in precision gravimetric, seismometric and photometric scientific measurements are discussed. The results of testing of the sample of ultralow-noise instrumentation amplifier are presented.
