Natural processes and related catastrophic cases are quite a matter of concern in terms of Georgian climatic peculiarities. There are natural disasters such as: avalanches, landslides, mudflows, floods on the territory of Georgia. Many of them end up with catastrophic results. These processes have a negative effect on the daily life of people. In many cases, the population is exiled from their territories and is eco-migrants. Eco-migrants create certain problems for them because they have to leave the land-water by the ancestors. All the processes that have eco-migrants in Georgia are clearly described in the topic. In addition, there are named areas where eco-migrants are currently living. The research is based on their current work on how the natural potential of these territories has been acquired.
